Senior General Min Aung Hlaing holds talks with Ambassador of Socialist Republic of Vietnam to Myanmar H.E. Mrs. Luan Thuy Duong.

Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing received Ambassador of Socialist Republic of Vietnam to Myanmar H.E. Mrs. Luan Thuy Duong at Bayintnaung Parlour here at 2 pm today.
Also present together with the Senior General were Chief of the General Staff (Army, Navy and Air) General Mya Tun Oo and senior military officers of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief (Army). The Vietnamese ambassador was accompanied by Military Attaché Colonel Nguyen Duc Giang and officials from Viettel Company.
During the meeting, the Senior General recounted his visit to Vietnam last month saying that it was a successful goodwill visit. Next, they cordially discussed bilateral cooperation in the development of the two countries, exchange of visits between leaders at various levels of the two militaries, sending of trainees for courses on international relations, foreign languages and military affairs, exchange of visits between pharmaceutical and military communications representatives and sport athletes of the two countries, progress in the establishment of Mytel GSM Network as the fourth telecom operator in Myanmar by Star High Co Ltd of Myanmar Economic Corporation, Viettel Global Investment JSC and Myanmar National Telecom Holding Public Limited, technological cooperation in the agricultural sector and strengthening of cooperation and amity between the militaries of the Senior General Min Aung Hlaing receives Vietnamese ambassador two countries.
After the meeting, the Senior General and the Vietnamese ambassador posed for documentary photo together with those present.
