The Myanmar Tatmadaw delegation led by Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win left Yangon International Airport on the morning of 12 November and arrived at Guizhou International Airport at 7.30 pm local standard time to attend the 3rd China-Myanmar Strategic Security Consultation to be held in the People’s Republic of China at the invitation of Deputy Chief of the Joint Staff Department of Central Military Commission of the Communist Party of China Lieutenant General Shao Yuanming

The Myanmar Tatmadaw delegation was welcomed at the airport by Deputy Chief of Joint Staff Major General Tan Jianming from Southern Theater Command of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, Chinese Military Attaché to Myanmar Senior Colonel Xiong Shaowei, Myanmar Military Attaché (Army, Navy and Air) to China Brig-Gen Tint Hsan and officials.
