Senior General Min Aung Hlaing holds talks with Ambassador of the Republic of India to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar H.E. Mr. Vikram Misri.

Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing received Ambassador of the Republic of India to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar H.E. Mr. Vikram Misri at the parlour of Bayintnaung Villa in Nay Pyi Taw at 2.30 pm yesterday.
Also present at the call were Chief of the General Staff (Army, Navy and Air) General Mya Tun Oo and Lt-Gen Soe Htut of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief (Army). The Indian Ambassador was accompanied by Defence Attaché Colonel Naveen Mahajan and Navy Defence Attaché Captain Manmeet S. KHURANA.
At the talks, they cordially discussed promotion of cooperation in friendly relations between two armed forces of two countries and cooperation in defence and security measures, exchange of goodwill visits between chiefs of armed forces, training affairs, cooperation in security, peace and stability of border region between the two nations, and exchange of experience in agriculture and livestock breeding of India.
After the meeting, the Senior General presented the gift to the Indian Ambassador and they posed for documentary photo together with those present.
